# Credit Card Information Theft Prevention

- Payment information is always transmitted over an SSL-encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Payment information is encrypted with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
- The infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting individual payment transactions runs in separate hosting infrastructure from our primary services (SIP servers, websites, etc).
