Yes! Flowroute supports both the sending and receiving of SMS and MMS.
Utilize Flowroute’s carrier-grade SMS/MMS capabilities to communicate with customers using existing Toll-Free and long-code numbers in the United States and Canada.
IMPORTANT: Short-code numbers are not supported on the outbound messaging service at this time. Although, inbound messages from short-code numbers are supported since 2024.
