For call forwarding, you will need to set up a new route that allows you to forward inbound calls addressed to your Flowroute DIDs over to an external phone number.
Log in to Flowroute Manage.
On the menu, click Interconnection, and then select Inbound Routes
From the Route Type drop-down list, select the Phone Number.
Set Alias for your route; something that’s easy to remember and helps you identify this route.
Enter the phone number where you want the calls to be forwarded
NOTE: Enter the phone number using an E.164 format, which is 1[area code]phone number, with no spaces between the numbers. For example, 12065551234.
Click Add Route.
Now you can apply the route on the Manage your DIDs page.
In the checkbox to the left of the DID column, select DIDs where you need call forwarding.
In addition to selecting individual DIDs, you can also choose all DIDs displayed on that page, by clicking the checkbox to the left of the DID column header. You can then optionally select all DIDs you own and not just those displayed on the page.
Click Choose a DID Action, and then select Set Route.
Click Apply Action (the orange button to the right). The Set Route page appears
From the Search for a route... drop-down list select the route you added earlier
Click Set Route. You will be redirected back to the Manage your DIDs page. A confirmation message at the top of the page will display how many DIDs were associated with the chosen route.
