Account balance
Before canceling your Flowroute account, please log into the Flowroute Manage portal and ensure you have a positive account balance. Any remaining balance will be returned to the original method of payment and it may take up to 30 days.
Remaining numbers
Additionally, make sure you have ported out all DID numbers you wish to continue using; otherwise, any remaining DIDs (purchased or ported in) will be permanently removed from your account upon cancellation.
How to cancel your Flowroute account
Send email to billing@flowroute.com specifying "Account Cancelation" as the subject. You will need to include the following account authorization information in your request:

Include the reason for cancelation.
IMPORTANT: The Flowroute Support team does not accept any cancelation requests without the above-required authentication information. If you are unable to locate this information, please contact your IT professional who will be able to assist in locating the details.
