You can reset password of the Manage portal if you forgot the password that you used originally, if you are concerned that your account may have been compromised, or if your current password has stopped working for some reason. All you need to have is an access to the email address that was used to log into the Flowroute Manage Portal.
1. Navigate to the Flowroute Manage Portal login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the Login Now button.
3. Enter the email address that was used to log into your Flowroute Manage Portal into the form field and click Recover button. 4. The confirmation page will load. Now please check your email for further instructions.
If you didn’t receive the password reset email, please verify that you entered the correct email address that is used to log into the Flowroute Manage Portal by following Steps 1-4 again. Additionally, check SPAM/Junk folder.
