Porting
Flowroute Support
English
Reliable documentation verifying active service on your porting telephone numbers can assist in resolving many issues that arise when attempting to port phone numbers from a losing carrier. Flowroute often has to request customer assistance to provide proper documentation during the process if the document is not correct at the onset. Porting multiple numbers If you are porting multiple telephone numbers, they must all be listed on the documentation under one account; if the telephone numbers are on multiple accounts, then separate port orders must be created for each account. Failure to do this results in needless rejections and delays. The cornerstone of proof of active service is a legible Copy of Bill (CoB). A CoB is usually an invoice from the current service provider showing: a dated statement within the past 30 calendar days all porting telephone numbers the provider/carrier logo or name A bill copy is …

How does Flowroute determine the specific rate charged for an outbound call?

FAQ
Flowroute Support
English
Flowroute calculates outbound call charges based on the longest matching prefix against our full rate list. To download your current outbound rates in respect of any discounts you may have, please log in to the Manage portal and go to Billing → Outbound rates. Example: A call to +44 20 7493 8000 would match the longest prefix in our rate list of 442 and be billed correspondingly at $0.009/min. Comparatively, a call to +44 33 0123 4050 would match the longest prefix in our rate list of 44330 and be billed at $0.066/min. It is important to note that when Flowroute adds or deletes a prefix, a change in the rate for calls can occur, although technically, a specific prefix's rate did not change. In the example above, if Flowroute were to update the rate list with a new prefix of 44330 at a rate …
