IMPORTANT : This article applies only to transactions that occurred prior to July 1, 2025. Please note: taxes, fees, and surcharges will be included only in reports generated before this date. Starting July, please use Flowroute’s new consolidated monthly billing statements that become available on August 1, 2025. These enhanced statements will provide a comprehensive summary of your charges, including Monthly Recurring Charges (MRCs), Non-Recurring Charges (NRCs), usage, taxes, and credits from top-ups. You’ll find these detailed statements in the “Statements” section under “Billing” in your Manage portal. Starting July 1, 2025, new service address-based taxes will apply to all accounts in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Flowroute will launch consolidated billing statements on August 1, 2025 (for the month of July), offering all prepaid customers a more streamlined view of their billing history. Before you begin New service providers typically require the following: A copy of your latest Flowroute showing service on the phone number you want to port within the past 30 days. You can print out a Flowroute bill copy by logging in to your Flowroute account , clicking Billing , and then clicking Print .
