For call forwarding, you will need to set up a new route that allows you to forward inbound calls addressed to your Flowroute DIDs over to an external phone number. Log in to Flowroute Manage . On the menu, click Interconnection , and then select Inbound Routes From the Route Type drop-down list, select the Phone Number . Set Alias for your route; something that’s easy to remember and helps you identify this route. Enter the phone number where you want the calls to be forwarded NOTE: Enter the phone number using an E.164 format , which is 1[area code]phone number, with no spaces between the numbers. Log in to your Flowroute account . Click DIDs from the main menu on the left panel. Manage your DIDs under the Manage tab is displayed by default. On top of all the DID actions that you can perform, you can also download your DIDs in CSV format by clicking Download your DIDs (.csv) on the top right. The default number of records shown is "25". You can change this selection to "50" or "All." If your entries are paginated, you should be able to click "Next" to proceed to the next page or "Previous" to go back.  On top of the table is a search option that allows you to search for DID records that match your string pattern. To perform any of the available DID actions such as setting routes and aliases, select the desired DID(s), then select DID Action , and then click Apply Action button.

Congratulations! A Completed status means that your phone numbers successfully migrated to Flowroute on the specified completion date. Once complete, Flowroute's Numbering and Portability team do one last check to ensure that your telephone numbers migrated successfully and that there were no issues. If you provisioned inbound routes in advance, those routes take effect immediately upon migration. If applicable, E911 and CNAM can now be provisioned to your phone numbers.

Yes, it does! Flowroute offers the service for you to provide the destination with a Caller ID (CNAM) along with your phone number. You will need to establish a CNAM Storage ID to allow for the destination to request a CNAM dip. How does it work? You make a call. If the call destination has the capability to perform a CNAM dip, the destination’s provider will request a CNAM dip from a national database. This database has been given your CNAM storage information you instructed Flowroute to send. Then the database sends the destination provider your CNAM value. CNAM services can possibly extend to Canada, but you are responsible for providing the P-Asserted-Identity tag with your designated CNAM ID ( see example below ).
