Forward calls to an external phone number
For call forwarding, you will need to set up a new route that allows you to forward inbound calls addressed to your Flowroute DIDs over to an external phone number. Log in to Flowroute Manage . On the menu, click Interconnection , and then select Inbound Routes From the Route Type drop-down list, select the Phone Number . Set Alias for your route; something that’s easy to remember and helps you identify this route. Enter the phone number where you want the calls to be forwarded NOTE: Enter the phone number using an E.164 format , which is 1[area code]phone number, with no spaces between the numbers.
