Sign Up for a Flowroute Account

The following steps help you to sign up for a Flowroute account:

  1. Go to www.flowroute.com and click Get Started Now:      

     

                         

  2. On the Signup page, enter the information you want to be associated with your account. This includes your First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Email. You will then need to read and accept the Flowroute Sign-up Disclosure and confirm the Captcha.
     

               

  3. Once you have submitted the initial account signup information, the following screen will display detailing next steps.



    You should receive an email from accountverifications@flowroute.com within five minutes. The email contains a link to our verification process.


  4. Use the link in the email for setting the initial Flowroute account password and setting up MFA.

    NOTE: The email link expires after 48 hours. Use the standard password recovery link on the Flowroute Customer Log-in page to set your initial password if you encounter an error with the expired email link.

  5. Once you reach the landing page of the Flowroute Manage Portal, click the Customer Verification link to continue the account setup process. It is required to complete the business identity verification process on your account before you can begin utilizing Flowroute services. This process is necessary to comply with telecom regulations and to ensure the legitimacy of new Flowroute customers.     Required Account Verification Information:

    • Government-issued ID

    • A working camera for verification photo

    • Mobile phone number

    • A valid company email address (unique domain)

    • Business EIN or BN

    • Service Address

    • Website

    • Flowroute service use case

    • Service Providers will need to provide additional information



  6. The Account Verification page lists the requirements for what you’ll need to complete verification. It also displays the account verification status. The statuses are: Not Started, Incomplete, Pending Approval and Approved. You can exit the verification process and resume your progress later if needed.

  7. Once you have completed the Customer Verification, your account will enter a Pending Approval status until it is either Approved or Denied. If the account is approved, you will then be able to access the Add Funds option to set up a payment method and begin taking advantage of Flowroute services!
