View Your Telephone Numbers (DIDs)

  1. Log in to your Flowroute account.    

  2. Click “DIDs” from the main menu on the left panel.

  3. Manage your DIDs” under the “Manage” tab is displayed by default:

The default number of displayed DID records on the “Manage your DIDs” page is 25. You can change this selection to a value of 50 or "All" entries. DID entries will display in a paginated format if the DID quantity on your account exceeds the limit for a single page. Click "Next" to proceed to the next page and "Previous" to go back. 

   

On the top of the DID table there is a search option that allows you to search for DID records that match your string pattern:

To perform any of the available DID actions such as setting routes and aliases, select the desired DID(s), then select “Choose a DID Action,” and then click the “Apply Action” button.

On top of all the DID actions that you can perform, you can also download your DIDs in CSV format by clicking “Download your DIDs (.csv)” on the top right.
 

When you download the DID CSV, the following information will be included (if available):

  • DID #

  • DID TYPE

  • BILLING METHOD

  • E911 LABEL

  • ROUTE ASSIGNMENT

  • FAILOVER ROUTE

  • MESSAGING (Opted-in, Opted-out)

  • 10DLC STATUS (Registered, Unregistered)

  • 10DLC BRAND ID

  • 10DLC CAMPAIGN ID

  • CNAM LOOKUPS ENABLED (Yes, No)

  • CNAM PRESET (CNAM Name)

  • PORT ORDER ID

  • ALIAS

  • RATE CENTER (Location)

  • HYPERNETWORK CAPABLE (Yes, No)

  • DID STATUS (PURCHASED, PORTING IN)
