IMPORTANT: Starting December 1st, we will be imposing a processing fee of 2.5% on credit card payments. We do not apply a processing fee to debit card payments.
Debit card transactions will not be subject to any surcharges. You can update your payment method on Preferences page. If you have any questions or need help updating your payment method, please contact our billing team at billing@flowroute.com.
Add a New Card
The following steps will help you add a new credit/debit card or update an existing one. You will first need to log in to the Flowroute Manage Portal. Then you can follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Preferences menu.
Select the tab Balance Management.
If you are adding a new card, you may see an address pre-populated in the fields under the card block.

NOTE: This address is pulled from your account information and does not reflect the billing address on your card, which can be different from the account address.
Use the + Add New Card button to the right.

NOTE: The Billing Address details must match those on file with your bank. If you receive a zip code mismatch error, please contact your financial institution as we have no way to override the assessment.
Populate the form with your billing address and card number. You can find and verify your billing address on the statement for your card.
Click the Save button. You should see the card successfully added to your account. Upon success, you can then use the card to replenish the account balance.
IMPORTANT: If you have auto-replenishment enabled, you will need to disable the feature, then re-enable with your desired amounts. This is to sync your auto-replenishment with your newly added card. Refer to the article Set Up Auto-Replenishment for process steps.
Remove a Card
Click the red "X" next to the card number.
Confirm the decision to remove the payment method.

NOTE: Flowroute does not support the option to modify a stored credit card. You will have to remove and re-add the payment method to change information such as the expiration date.
