How Do I Add or Delete a Stored Credit Card?

Flowroute currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club cards. In order to make a payment on your account, you must first have a credit card on file. Once a credit card is added, you can use that card for recharging your account or for setting up auto-replenishment on the account.  

We also accept gift cards and prepaid cards that are from one of the credit card providers listed above.

To add a credit card:

  1. Log into Flowroute Manage Portal.

  2. Click Preferences, and then select Balance Management.

  3. Go to the Credit Card Management section.

    NOTE: If you have previously added a credit card, that card will be displayed in the Stored Cards; otherwise, this field will show a message that there is no card on file.

  4. Next, click the + Add new card button and add the details about the card in the Add new card and Billing Address sections.

    NOTE: The Billing Address details must match those on file with your bank. If you receive a zip code mismatch error, please contact your financial institution as we have no way to override the assessment.

  5. Click Save.

    If no errors are encountered while adding a card, then the card is stored successfully and it now can be used to replenish your account balance.

To delete an existing stored credit card:

If this is the only stored credit card, you are prompted to confirm the deletion.  

  1. Log into Flowroute Manage Portal.    

  2. Click Preferences, and then select Balance Management.

  3. Go to the Credit Card Management section.      

  4. Click the X in the red box next to the stored card.          

    A confirmation box prompts you to confirm the deletion.

  5. Click Confirm. The stored card is now removed from your account.
